1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

Through the request form: your name, company, phone number, product and volume of interest, your message, as well as the submission date, site language and the fact of your consent. We do not collect sensitive data and do not use analytics or advertising tools.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your request, prepare a commercial offer and maintain a business relationship with you as a partner or prospective partner (including our customer records). The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

4. Who has access

Only sales staff of S.R.L. «INKA-UN» have access to the data. We use technical services to run the site, store requests and communicate: Cloudflare (site delivery and protection — processes visitors' IP addresses), Google (request storage) and our e-mail provider. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

5. How long we keep data

Up to 3 years after our last interaction or until you withdraw consent, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records of concluded contracts).

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time — contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md).

7. Cookies and external services

The site stores in your browser (localStorage) only your chosen language and cookie choice — these are necessary and do not require consent. Only with your consent do we load Google Maps (mill location) and Google Fonts (typefaces); these services receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under Google's policies.
